1. What We Collect
To prepare your CG-719 forms, we collect information you provide directly: name, date of birth, address, phone, email, Social Security Number, employment and sea service history, and supporting documents you upload (e.g., medical, drug test, character references).
2. How We Use It
We use your information solely to generate your application PDFs, support you through the process, and provide customer service. We do not sell your data.
3. Storage & Security
Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Documents are kept in private storage accessible only to you and authorized administrators. Sensitive identifiers (e.g., SSN) are encrypted at rest.
4. Sharing
We share information only with: (a) you and the administrators reviewing your file, (b) service providers under contract (hosting, payments, email), and (c) authorities when required by law.
5. AI Assistance
When you use our AI assistant, your messages may be processed by third-party AI providers under data-protection agreements. Do not share information you would not want processed by an AI service.
6. Your Rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion removes your application records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising trackers.
