Terms of Service — Coastguard AI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Coastguard AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not a Government Service

Coastguard AI is an independent third-party service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the United States Coast Guard or any government agency. We help you prepare CG-719 forms; you remain responsible for review, signature, and submission to the USCG.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. False statements on a CG-719 form may carry federal penalties — review every generated document carefully.

4. Subscription & Payment

Access to PDF generation, e-signature, and AI assistance requires an active subscription ($100/year). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting fraudulent information, attempting to access other users' data, or reverse-engineering the platform.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee approval of your license application by the USCG.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
